YORKSHIRE SPORT HORSE ANNUAL DINNER AND AWARDS PRESENTATION

Yorkshire Sport Horse held its Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation on Friday 18th November at The Bridge Hotel, Walshford, Wetherby. Over 100 supporters enjoyed a three-course dinner, auction and photographic presentation on the highlights of the 2011 season. The annual award of trophies for the various categories of Yorkshire-bred horses was made by Yorkshire Sport Horse chairman, The Hon Mrs Mary Holliday.

Miss Karen Hill receives the Katie Bloom Trophy for the Best Yorkshire-Bred Show Horse - Hillocks Rustic Gold

Mrs Joyce Houseman receives the Baydale Trophy for the Best Yorkshire-Bred In-Hand Show Horse - Eastern Index

Mr Steve Pullan receives the East Yorkshire Perpetual Trophy for most points gained at qualifying shows - Jaguar Moon

Miss Jane Farrar (on behalf of Mrs Hazel Bramley) receives the Jemoon Trophy for the foal gaining most points at qualifying shows

Mr Nigel Cowgill receives the Best Yorkshire-Bred Trophy at the Summer Show - Hawlmark Classic Twilight

Miss Kath Barley receives the Best Yorkshire-Bred Broodmare Trophy at the Great Yorkshire Show - Mellamaid

Mrs Hannath Scott (on behalf of Mrs J Lawson) receives the Trophy for the Best Performing Horse at the Burghley YEH finals
